Humboldt Community Access and Resource Center (“HCAR”) Facility

Approximately $312,000 of CDBG grant funding and local CDBG Program Income will be granted to the Humboldt Community Access and Resource Center (“HCAR”) to assist the Center in completing Phase II improvements of the HCAR/Sunrise Plaza Building in Eureka. The facility will house programs that provide services to people with developmental disabilities. Construction should be completed in early 2011.
